BAMCO inc. offers state-of-the-art composite metal panel systems for commercial, institutional, governmental, manufacturing, and residential projects. We currently service customers in 48 states. Founded in 1986 as an installer of aggregate and cement board panels, BAMCO naturally gravitated to the advantages of metal panel systems. By 1991, BAMCO inc. had begun designing and fabricating its own line of composite metal panel systems. BAMCO now provides design, engineering, estimating, fabrication, testing, and installation services with a comprehensive and highly skilled staff of engineers, project managers, field and shop superintendents and construction professionals for a full-service experience designed to reduce the costs, lead times and workload of our valued customers. |

Michael is one of the founders of BAMCO and as CEO oversees all of BAMCO`s production related activities which include the Engineering, Fabrication and Installation departments. Michael majored in history at Ramapo College and brought a sales and marketing background to his cofounding of BAMCO in 1986. Michael`s 23 years at the helm have been instrumental in developing the culture of service and success that has engineered our growth.

Allan is one of the founders of BAMCO. Current responsibilities include overseeing BAMCO`s Sales and Marketing Departments. Other responsibilities include Treasury and Administration as both the CFO and administrative staff report directly to him. A marketing major at George Washington University, Allan cofounded BAMCO in 1986.

With over 25 years of accounting and diversified financial experience, Robert was well prepared to take the helm as Chief Financial Officer in 2002. His knowledge of construction project accounting combined with a strong analytical background has enabled Robert to institute financial systems and controls normally reserved for much larger institutions. Robert has a BBA in accounting from the University of Miami, he is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner.

Bob began his career at BAMCO as one of our original detailers and rose through the ranks to eventually head our Engineering department. Bob was then instrumental in the design and development of our first generation extrusion systems for BAMCO`s composite panel systems. His 11-years of service and extensive background, combined with strong interpersonal skills led Bob to sales where he moved in 2005. Bob now oversees our National Sales Initiative and manages all day to day sales activity, with our sales team reporting directly to him. As an engineering major at Alfred State University, Bob starred as a Division III soccer player.

Rick began his career in the automotive industry and drew upon his experiences to take a position as Shop Floor Manager with BAMCO in 1988. Rick has overseen the growth of BAMCO`s fabrication initiatives and was promoted to Vice President in 2004. His Current responsibilities include the oversight of both the Wood Ave. and Baekeland Ave. fabrication facilities. Further, personnel from Shipping and Receiving, Inventory Control and Quality Control report directly to him. Rick has recently overseen the institution of LEAN manufacturing principles on our factory floors and is a strong advocate of our continued improvement practices.

With 18 years of service, Ron`s experience with BAMCO has grown from the ground up. Originally hired to work in our fabrication facility, Ron has risen through the ranks with stops as a field mechanic, journeyman carpenter, Project Foreman and Project Superintendant. He has extensive experience in all phases of exterior wall construction on commercial, industrial, multi residential and institutional projects. Ron is responsible for the day to day operations of BAMCO`s field services including scheduling, man power allotment and equipment and material allocations. He is also involved in all pre-construction and budgeting procedures and reports directly to our CEO.

Jon has 12-years of experience in the design and detailing of architectural materials and wall systems. As the Director of Engineering Jon oversees BAMCO`s engineering department which consists of 14 full time detailers and CNC programmers. Jon assures the quality of BAMCO`s submissions and shop drawings as well as advising on value engineering and latest generation technology to continue to provide our customers maximum value.
